Our Creed: A Quality Part, on Time Delivery, at a Fair Price.

Aquired by James and Patricia Lavelle in 1997, Bronlyn Technologies, Inc. (BTI) first came to life in a small garage shop in 1990. In their efforts to provide a quality product on time and at a fair price, James and Patricia's business steadily grew, encompassing 8,100 sq. ft. of floor space by 2017. Production demands are now met with an 11-man workforce, and over $2m in equipment, including: tooling, inspection equipment, machine tools, and computer equipment. See our portfolio of equipment.

Between the two of them, James and Patricia Lavelle have over 86 years of experience in manufacturing, management, and purchasing. The company is managed by William Fronzaglio, who brings in an additional 35 years of experience. Of the other 11 Bronlyn employees, a third enjoy more than 30 years in the machining industry and another third better than 20 years.

  • Inspection Department is constantly being improved and expanded to keep up with customers needs
  • We maintain a program of keeping working reference inspection equipment separate from first article and final inspection equipment to ensure the Highest Quality Standards
  • Critical Deburr Department utilizes microscopes for checking cross holes
  • With a continuing investment in new and better cutting tools, we have been able to produce better finishes, hold tighter tolerances and maintain the Highest Quality Standards.

  • BTI computer systems have all been replaced or upgraded since 2016 including adding a larger business server added in 2016 with the capability to receive prints in many common formats such as Solidworks, Solidedge, Autocad and PDF's, directly through email at;
